The ELC is proud to be a nature and play based facility offering children an inquiry driven approach to learning. With this, it is important that children wear suitable clothing that is comfortable, manageable and appropriate. Each child is provided with a hat for use in the ELC and we encourage families to leave the hat at the Centre. Each child is encouraged to wear an ELC red t-shirt and blue jumper, available to purchase from the Childcare Office. Other clothing is free to be worn pending weather conditions. The uniform is not a requirement, but gives children an opportunity to practise wearing a uniform for school.
