We encourage families to book in with our Director or Assistant Director for a tour of the Centre as the first part of the enrolment process. At this tour we will give families an enrolment package which has enrolment information, family handbook and other important information.
After the tour we invite families who confirm their enrolments to take part in “stay and play” transition visits. These are at no cost to families but we ask that parents stay in the Centre so they are close-by if their child needs them.
Children also receive a hat on enrolment that is kept at the Centre for outside play.
Before children commence at the ELC, we require the online enrolment form to be completed and returned along with the bond payable. The bond is a payment of $200 per child to secure your position. A payment plan for the bond can be negotiated.
We use an administration program called Xplor. Our enrolment form is via an online link that sends information directly to our system. Once the form is completed, we receive a notification and one of our enrolment team will contact you to confirm your enrolment.

We are pleased that you are considering enrolling your child at St Jakobi. Having viewed our website, we encourage parents to making an appointment with our Principal, Julian Helbig to discuss your child’s primary school education and providing them with ‘A Foundation of a Lifetime’.
To commence an initial enquiry, you are welcome to register you interest or to book a school tour by clicking the ‘Request Prospectus’ button at the top of the page. Our Administration team will answer your enquiry as quickly as possible. We encourage the opportunity to meet you and your child so we can show you through our school grounds and classrooms while in action. During this meeting we will have the opportunity to discuss your child’s learning and what St Jakobi can offer your child and family.
To commence enrolment process at St Jakobi, an Enrolment Form is to be completed and will be handed to you at your Principals meeting. A non-refundable deposit of $200 application fee should accompany the Enrolment Form along with a copy of your child’s birth certificate and recent school report and NAPLAN should this apply. Formal acceptance will then be forward at the Principals discretion.
Applications are welcome at any time throughout the year and commencement is subject to availability within the year level. Once your application form is received, our Administration team will be in contact with you.
